IVA’s signature Student Development Plan (SDP) is a one-of-a-kind service for high school students who want to plan ahead for college and a successful career.
Through this plan, you will:
- Identify your academic strengths and weaknesses through one (or more!) of our free diagnostic tests
- Discover who you are through a detailed psychometric assessment* that matches you with a field of study and career path based on your own interests and overall personality

If you haven’t done so already, go ahead and sign up for FREE to our platform. You must be a registered member of our platform to access the diagnostic tests.
02.
Take a free diagnostic test
Visit the Diagnostics Test page and take an assessment in the grade level and subject of your choice. Your answers will be saved and an assessment report will be automatically generated with your results, broken down by category.
03.
Purchase the sdp package
Scroll down on this page to purchase the Student Development Plan Package. This will automatically place your diagnostic results for an in-depth review by our educators. You will also receive a unique link to your college and career assessment via email.
04.
Complete your assessment
Use the link in your email to access the College and Career Assessment. Make sure to answer honestly and be yourself! We want to discover who you really are, what you’re interested in, and what you hope to achieve in the future. It will take 20 minutes to complete.
05.
get your tailored sDp!
Within 2-5 days, we will connect you with a dedicated counselor (virtually or in-person) who will walk you through your SDP, which includes the results from your psychometric assessment as well as a study plan designed to seal your knowledge gaps and boost your GPA.
